We know that God is the Creator and Maker of all things. He is the First and the Last; Beginning and the End. But most importantly, He is Loving and Merciful God. Out of love, He did everything for us, even to the extend of giving up His life on the cross. His love is what draws us close to Him, because there is no other love that can fill or complete us in the way Jesus' love completes us.
This poem is dedicated to Lord Jesus because I couldn't contain what I felt. It was overwhelming. I felt the love of the Lord immensely and I realized how much I loved Him.
So, Here is a short poem 'God, Without you'
God,
What am I without you?
What can I do without you?
I have and am nothing without you.
My heart is void and empty without you.
It resounds of hollowness.
Coz only you can fill me.
My heart brims with happiness only when you're around
I find my joy, peace, and strength in you
Only you.
Can I say this, Lord?
That I love you so.. ? So much...
My heart overwhelms even at the thought of you.
For you loved me first.
I don't exist without you,
Nor do I want to exist, if it's not with you
You are my world 🌍
And my world does not exist,
Because my world is you
You make me whole
I found my identity in you ❤️
If you say, you lived long enough
Now come to me.
I'll smile and say 'Yes, take me"
Without any regrets, at all.
Cause, I know in life and after life,
I'm safe with you.
I'll be with you.
Where you are, is my Home.
What would I want, if not you?
Would I desire anything over you?
I know, nothing would surpass my desire for you
And one day when I see you,
I'll run and cling onto you
For you have been my only Hope,
My Only One, my Only LOVE
God, cause with you - I'm No One.
